By using CalendarBooking (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CalendarBooking allows users (“Providers”) to advertise their availability and consumers (“Clients”) to book appointments, either paid or free.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

5. Payments and Bookings

Paid bookings are processed through third-party payment processors. CalendarBooking does not store or process credit card data directly. All payment disputes should be resolved directly between Providers and Clients unless otherwise required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the system’s integrity.
• Do not misuse personal information obtained from other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on CalendarBooking are the property of CalendarBooking or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. CalendarBooking is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
